AURORA DE LAS HAMAHACAS

'Aurora De Las Hamahacas' (Dawn of the Hammocks), was commissioned by the Australian Embassy in Mexico in collaboration with Phoenix Central Park. It features cellist Ruben Palma and the music of composer Ricardo Andino.

The art film explores the cultural disphoria experienced by Ruben and the Latin Diaspora, and the extraordinary power of music to blur boundaries and borders.
